This website is operated by Elliot James Greenacre and Ronnie-Scott Jennings, trading in partnership as EverPresent.

These terms apply to use of the EverPresent website. By using the website, you agree to use it only lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may view and share links to the website for legitimate business and personal information purposes.

• Do not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms its availability or security.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the site unreasonably or test vulnerabilities without written approval.
• Do not send customer records, payment details, passwords or other sensitive information to the general email address.

3. Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, illustrations and software are owned by or licensed to the partners trading as EverPresent. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them except where the law permits or written permission is given.

4. Accuracy, product status and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but do not promise that it is complete, continuously available or free from errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw content without notice.

Launch product scope includes supported customer conversations, structured operational records, automatic urgency, Attention, accountability, real live availability checking and configured workflow-driven customer communication by email or SMS. Availability of individual capabilities depends on the applicable deployment, configuration and agreed service scope. No website statement guarantees that every request, availability check, message or action will be completed.

At launch, staff retain final authority over consequential external reservation creation, modification and cancellation, and over judgement-dependent decisions. EverPresent can record the known external result so that follow-up and history reflect what happened.

EverPresent Autopilot is a future product stage for broader authorised execution through verified completion within business-defined rules. It is not currently available as unrestricted autonomous operation. A formal pilot or customer agreement defines the functionality, controls and responsibilities that actually apply.

5. Illustrative calculator

Calculator results depend entirely on assumptions entered by the visitor. They are illustrative only, are not financial advice, are not guaranteed revenue or savings, and are not evidence of previous customer outcomes or measured EverPresent performance.

A calculator result is not a quotation, forecast, warranty or contractual commitment. Actual outcomes depend on the venue, enquiry mix, customer behaviour, staff follow-up and other factors outside our control.

6. No customer or pilot contract

Using the website, sending an email or discussing a product conversation does not create a customer, pilot, subscription or service contract. Any service requires separate written terms agreed by the relevant parties.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that. The website is provided for general business information, and you remain responsible for decisions made using its content or illustrative calculator.

To the extent permitted by law, the partners are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the website, or for business decisions made solely in reliance on illustrative or future product information.
